We choose our houses one by one: Gragnano IGP pasta, Modena IGP balsamic vinegar, Neapolitan flours for real pizza, extra virgin olive oils, artisan panettones and colombe, antipasti and regional specialities. Producers who work the way it used to be done — with time, the right ingredients and respect for tradition.
