A few brands and their history
Divella · since 1890 · Rutigliano, Apulia. Pasta, sauces and biscuits; entered in 2022 in the Italian register of historic brands of national interest.
Caputo · since 1924 · Naples, Campania. The Neapolitan mill whose Tipo 00 flour is used by many pizzaioli.
Pastificio Di Martino · since 1912 · Gragnano, Campania. Gragnano IGP pasta, bronze-drawn.
Ponti · since 1787 · Piedmont. One of the oldest vinegar houses in Italy.
Birra Moretti · since 1859 · Udine, Friuli. One of the oldest breweries in Italy.
Menabrea · since 1846 · Biella, Piedmont. The oldest brewery in Italy still in the same place.
