How it works

  1. You open your shop

    A few questions about your products, your delivery and your business. Your producer space opens as soon as you send them.

  2. The EasyGusto team checks

    We read every registration: business, products, delivery, food safety rules. Nothing is published without our approval.

  3. You sell and you ship

    Your page and your products go online. You prepare and ship every order yourself.

You ship your orders yourself

  • You prepare each parcel and send it to the customer, in France and Monaco, with the carrier of your choice.
  • You choose your shipping rule: a flat rate per order, free above an amount, or always free. It is shown on your page and in the basket.
  • You state your preparation time. It is only shown to customers with your written commitment.
  • Fresh or frozen products: the cold chain is checked with you before anything goes online.

Before you start, have ready:

  • your company number: SIRET or SIREN in France, partita IVA in Italy, EU VAT number in the other European Union countries;
  • two or three photos of your products or your workshop (JPEG, PNG or WebP);
  • your shipping rates and your preparation time;
  • for foods of animal origin: your EC health approval number, or your exemption;
  • for kitchen equipment and tableware: the declaration of compliance for materials in contact with food and the CE marking of your appliances;
  • a few lines about your story and your methods.

Frequently asked questions

Who can open a shop?

Any business registered in Italy, France or another European Union country that makes, processes, selects or publishes products for Italian cooking: food, kitchen equipment, tableware, books and classes.

When does my shop go online?

After the EasyGusto team has checked it. In the meantime, your producer space is open: you complete your shop page and prepare your product sheets. Nothing is published without our approval.

Who delivers to customers?

You do. You prepare and ship every order to France and Monaco, with your shipping rule and your preparation time.

How do I create my product sheets?

From your producer space, with your phone: you photograph the labels and complete the sheet; for food, you also confirm the allergens. The EasyGusto team checks every sheet before it goes online.

Can I stop and continue later?

Yes. Your answers are kept on this device until you send them, except the photos. After sending, your personal link opens your space.

What happens to my data?

It is used to review your registration and to open your producer space. Your application is kept for 12 months. You can access, correct or delete it by writing to bottega@easygusto.fr.
