Where it comes from

Barolo comes from the Langhe, in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont. Its DOCG specifications require 100 % Nebbiolo, a defined production area and ageing for at least 38 months, including 18 in wooden barrels. This wine can continue to develop for a few more years in the cellar.
