You tip the beans into the hopper, the grinder turns and the aroma fills the room. Alessandria coffee is all about balance: notes of hazelnut and dried fruit, a dry bitterness without harshness. Enjoy it on its own or with a biscuit.

Where it comes from

This coffee takes its name from CafeMoka's home city: Alessandria, in Piedmont. The family company has been roasting there since 1966, now in the industrial area. Having started out with three people, it now has 14 employees and produces coffee beans and capsules.
