Liking Fizzy Cola Candies – Gluten-Free

The taste of crackling cola, without a drop of soda

You like the bubbles of cola, but not the lukewarm can at the bottom of the bag. These Liking candies reproduce the effect: in the mouth, they crackle and release a tangy cola taste. And they are gluten-free.

What you will taste

• Texture: gelled and slightly firm, then the fizzy effect takes over.
• Aromas: tangy cola, with a note of dark caramel.
• Taste: tangy at first, then bittersweet, with a fizz that lasts a few seconds.

How to use it

• On a movie night or in the car: the bag slips anywhere.
• With a scoop of vanilla ice cream, for the contrast between fizzy and creamy.
• In a gourmet basket, for the surprise effect.

Where it comes from

Liking is a confectioner from San Martino di Lupari, near Padua, in Veneto. The company, founded in 1910 by Giuseppe Corno, has been part of the Candy Factory group since 2022. Its highly automated factory produces about 22 tons of candies per day.
