Where it comes from
Bonelle is the flagship brand of FIDA, a confectioner founded in 1973 in Castagnole delle Lanze, in the province of Asti, in Piedmont. FIDA offers its candies in vegan or vegetarian versions; these are vegan. In Europe, the “gluten-free” claim is reserved for foods that contain at most 20 mg of gluten per kilo.
