Where it comes from

The Rossana candy was created in 1926 by Perugina, in Perugia, in homage to Roxane, the beloved of Cyrano de Bergerac. In 2016, Nestlé sold the brand to Fida, a company from the Asti region, and production moved to Castagnole delle Lanze, in Piedmont. This salted caramel version follows the principle of the Rossana: a hard shell and a tender heart.
