You get home, it is still light, and you do not feel like measuring out the bitter and the bubbles. This spritz comes already assembled: pour it over ice, add a slice of orange, and the aperitif begins.

Where it comes from

Aperol was born in 1919 in Padua, in Veneto: the brothers Luigi and Silvio Barbieri created it and presented it at the Padua Fair. The brand has belonged to the Campari group since 2003.
