Description
The red of the blood orange in your glass
You set the glass down and stop at the colour: a deep red, almost garnet. Aranciata Rossa plays the blood orange, tangy then slightly bitter, with fine bubbles. An alcohol-free aperitif with some backbone.
What you will taste
- Texture: a fine, lasting fizz.
- Aromas: tangy blood orange, with a floral background.
- Taste: fruity at first, then a round bitterness reminiscent of zest.
How to use it
- Well chilled, in a wide glass, with marinated olives or mortadella.
- As an alcohol-free spritz, with an orange slice and a few basil leaves.
- With a ricotta bruschetta or a charcuterie board.
Where it comes from
