Sprint Distillery Pistachio Liqueur – Digestif

A pistachio liqueur to end the meal gently

Fluorescent green liqueurs often smell more of flavoring than of fruit. This one is silky and round, with a roasted pistachio taste: served chilled in a small glass, it ends a dinner or wakes up a dessert.

What you will taste

• Texture: silky and dense, without being syrupy.
• Aromas: roasted pistachio, a milky hint.
• Taste: round and soft, a slightly bitter finish.

How to enjoy it

• Well chilled, as a digestif, in a small liqueur glass.
• A dash in an espresso, for a pistachio coffee at the end of dinner.
• Over a panna cotta, over a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or mixed into a mascarpone cream.

Where it comes from

In Italy, nut liqueurs are gladly served at the end of a meal, as a digestif. Sprint Distillery makes this one with pistachio.
