Little shortbreads dusted with icing sugar for your coffee
Some biscuits are put in the middle of the table and vanish without a sound. Canestrini, little baskets of butter shortbread dough dusted with icing sugar, crumble under the tooth and go with your morning coffee as well as the one after a meal.

Where it comes from
Canestrini are made by Mulino Bianco, the brand launched by Barilla in 1975 and made in six Italian factories. Their name means “little baskets”, the shape of the biscuit.
